We are instructed on a role with this leading offshore firm in Jersey for an NQ to join its Corporate team.

Offshore firms play a crucial role in the global legal framework, offering specialist advice to corporates and individuals where transactions involve an offshore element.

Corporate associates will have access to a wide range of work, including all manner of domestic and international acquisitions, mergers, disposals, restructurings, joint ventures, company structuring, commercial contracts and private equity investments.

Firms in the Channel Islands are able to offer high quality work and training to junior associates, and pay at a competitive rate that, after tax, compares favourably to a standard City salary.

NQs coming from highly regarded City firms who have completed seats in corporate and other transactional areas will be of interest.

Excellent academics are also required.
